Build, download, and publish

Build the campaign

After the check is complete and you have saved the marketing tray, choose Build campaign. Wait until the build finishes. If you change media or copy afterward, the page asks you to build again before publishing.

Download what you need

• MLS upload package — clean originals in MLS order, plus a labeled copy of each approved digital edit.
• Media package — the selected marketing photos with your branding, plus the social and email captions.
• Social kit — branded 4:5 and 9:16 stills, captions, and the reel from that build.
• Print and email — each piece downloads as HTML. Open the file and use Print → Save as PDF. Email HTML is in the same section.

Publish the page

Preview page opens the listing before it is public. Publish makes it live. Unpublish takes the page offline and leaves the campaign on your dashboard.

After the build you can also download post-sale files: just sold flyer, postcard, yard sign, and rider. They print to PDF the same way, and they stay Just sold even if market status has not been changed yet.
