Start a listing

Open a new listing

From the site or your dashboard, choose Get Started or New listing. The setup is three steps: Listing Address, You & your brand, and Upload media.

Confirm the address and the facts

Start typing the address and pick a suggestion so it is confirmed. Add an apartment or unit if there is one. Then enter property type, beds, baths, square feet, and price.

Those facts are what the listing copy is written from. You can correct them later on the campaign, under Listing facts.

Add your brand, then the photos

Step 2 is brokerage, DRE, phone, brand color, logo, and headshot. If you already saved a brand kit, continue with it. You can also skip and add branding later in Account Settings.

Step 3 accepts JPEG photos only (.jpg or .jpeg). Very large files are reduced automatically before they upload. When the upload finishes, you land on the campaign and analysis starts.

If you came in as a guest, use the banner to create an account. Otherwise the listing is tied to that temporary session.
