Stage, declutter, add twilight, or replace a sky
Edits are optional
Open Review all media. Allur may suggest an edit. Nothing runs until you start it, and a finished version is not used until you apply it.
- Virtually stage — offered on empty rooms.
- Declutter — offered when personal items are flagged.
- Virtual twilight — offered on exterior and aerial photos.
- Virtual sky — replace an overcast or washed-out sky on exterior and aerial photos using Clear sky, Light clouds, or Soft overcast. Property features and time of day stay as photographed.
Skip leaves that photo as shot. Undo skip brings the suggestion back.
Apply a version
A finished version is used for marketing automatically — the listing page, print, and social. Staging or decluttering again replaces that version. To go back to an earlier one, open it and choose Use this version.
- Include labeled copy in MLS — optional, in the MLS compliance section. Adds a labeled file to the MLS package. The label is part of the image: Virtually Staged, Virtually Decluttered, or Virtual Twilight.
The original photo stays in the library. You can compare the edit against it. Nothing is public until you build and publish.
